Look what I baked this afternoon.
I know it’s early for the holiday season but my mom said fruit cakes taste yummier when they are aged. I thought it would be complicated to bake but it was actually easy. It’s the cutting up of fruits and nuts that took some time and I had to soak them overnight in cherry brandy . The only thing I hate about baking is lighting the oven. I have to let someone do it. Hmmm. I love the smell of cinnamon.
