*gasps in disbelief* My sister called to say she wants to hangout at the mall with her friends after school. That’s news! She hardly ever hangs out with friends. And often I hear my mom ask my sister “why don’t you go out with your friends?” and I’d hear my sister retort “I am lazy” or “My friends aren’t the type to go out”. “I have lots of homework”…I also bug my sister about it and even invite her to go out with me and my friends. And to think most of my friends can’t go out either cos their overprotective parents won’t let them . Ah, the contradictions of life.
