Since aletia has an AIM SN, I IMed them for support on stuff that is… weird. So here is my lovely and usefull convo:

jess [2:06 PM]: alright, and one other question. I made a subdomain for bitchy-midget a i want to make an FTP account for it. So for username for the FTP account, i type in bitchy-midget, but it keeps on making bitchymidget. What am i doing wrong?
Aletia Corp [2:08 PM]: the control panel doesn’t support FTP usernames that have a dash “-” in them, i’ll see if i can insert it manually
