So it turns out that the iBoard is being coded from scratch in PHP by Matt. It’s better to play it safe and not have to worry about legal crap. An early version should be up in a few days and a perl version will also be developed. You can view the test admin panel (username:test password:test). As Matt said : “I’ve written a lot of the back end to IBForums, I’ve just got to complete the interface - development is coming along very nicely. At a guess, I’ve acheived in a few days what it took months to achieve with Ikonboard.”
