After class I went to the mall to again check if they had Diorama (silverchair’s newest album), which of course they didn’t. And then I looked for a copy of this month’s issue of PULP! because there’s a free ticket in there for the Pulp Summer Slam 2 concert next Tuesday. Tower Records was all out of PULP! but then I saw a Summer Slam ticket in the MTV magazine thing. I was about to buy that when my mom saw the ticket. I didn’t notice it at first but below the list of the bands that would be playing that night was written, “Live female mud wrestling in big screen!” Or something to that effect. My mom automatically forbade me to go to the concert because she said the crowd would go really wild and she didn’t want me hanging out with that kind of people.[read more?]
