I’m working on my Ateneo de Manila college application. I had to put down 4 choices and rank them:
1. AB Political Science
2. AB Social Sciences
3. AB Communications
4. AB Creative Writing
Naturally, I chose AB Political Science because it’s ” the best preparation for someone who wishes to establish a career in politics, in the civil service, in the diplomatic service,…. ” It’s a quota course in the University of the Philippines cos it seems a lot of pre-law students take it. My dad suggested that Japanese studies would be a good minor in addition to whatever degree program accepts me. We’ll see. But first, I have to finish my essay on “Are there any significant experiences you have had , or accomplishments you have realized that have helped to define you as a person?”
