A reporter wanted to do an email interview of my weblog because it was “appealing”. Naturally I got confused so I asked her “is it the group blog , BLOGGED or my online journal, nimrodel.net?” When she replied that it was nimrodel.net, I wrote her back and said that it is more of a journal than a weblog. If you want to see the difference, read this journal vs. weblog. The online journals became the trend before the weblog so there seems to be a bit of confusion there. However, some don’t make a distinction and combine a journal and a weblog . Sometimes I blog snippets of my life in BLOGGED without much fanfare . But clearly, “A person who keeps a diary or journal online is logging their life, not the web, no matter how they get their words out.”
