Chris gave me this book, Girl Walking Backwards by Bett Williams. Anyway, I really love it. It’s a coming-of-age novel about this bisexual girl Skye who’s trying to find love and has this New-Age freak for a mom. It’s really intense. While I was rereading it, I noticed that there were parts where I’d be like, “Oh, I can just imagine this song playing on the background.” And then I got the idea of making a soundtrack for the book.
