From what I heard about yesterday’s meeting, it was reconciliatory and that an investigation was being made. Fortunately my dad made the opening remarks. It’s great to have a lawyer-dad around during these times. Seniors are assured of graduating and no student will get low marks just because they joined the rally. After all, one of the vision-mission statement of our high school is:
Practice the Gospel values in their judgement toward self, other people and the human community.
One of the gospel values they often teach is seeking truth like John the Baptist. Too bad he got killed for that. So I believed I was seeking justice and the truth when I joined the protest rally
