FINALLY!
It took forever to get this because:
1. the Land Transportation Commission ( LTO ) didn’t give me the official receipt of my driving permit last April . So , I had to execute an affidavit of loss in October.
2. once I got my temporary license, the LTO forgot to save my digital pic in their computer so I had to get a photo reshoot TODAY!
Ahhhh…but at least it doesn’t look like some mug shot.
