For the past 2 weeks or so, Starhub (an ISP in Singapore) users could not access any of the sites hosted at the Protagonist Webhosting. Trace routes show that there is no connection or network problem . Starhub even emailed us to find out what is causing the “slow page loading” . It remains a mystery as our sys admin is still finding out the cause. But anyway, Carine gave me the good news that:
My ’starhub’ readers have feedback to me that they can view the pages now, after sending complaints to starhub. So I guess this problem is solved
