Finally, Bikram Yoga is here in the Philippines. There aer 28 classes a week to choose from from early morning (6:30 am) to late after office (8 pm). They also have classes on Saturday and Sundays as well. Check out their bikramyogamanila.com. It’s good they opened on a cool month. Bikram yoga is done in a heated room with temperatures kept at 38°C and an average humidity of 60 percent. This is done to warm your muscles, prevent injury,
allow a deeper workout and cleanse the body by flushing toxins out.
