Master composer Ryan Cayabyab, one of three “Idol” judges, made the fearless forecast on Sunday after the second elimination night of the talent search program on ABC 5.
I agree with Ryan Cayabyab but then as we have seen in previous episodes, the judges choice are almost useless. The voting or texting public determines the votes. Sad to say, Text votes compromise search for best on ‘Philippine Idol’ . Pow has a unique singing voice. My only apprehension is she should also be flexible. I know she is not comfortable wearing a dress but as I have seen in previous American Idol shows, a future Idol has the ability to be flexible in style and performance. But as she said below, she will try her best.
Pow admitted she was finding it tough being a crowd favorite. “I’m feeling the pressure. I can only promise the public that I’d give my best in every performance,” she said. “I still pray for continued support. My family is really campaigning for me.”
