A little history for you. Frenchie Davis, who can sing up a storm, was kicked off of American Idol during season three when topless photos of the plus-sized Afro-American singer where found on an obscure adult site. At the time American Idol producers said it was a “family-oriented” show and Frenchie didn’t belong on the show because of the photos.
A really talented woman was kicked off, yet the untalented, but admittedly more attractive Antonella Barba remains on the show. I’ve written about the hypocrisy of this before. It’s bothering a lot of people. And it’s bothering Frenchie.
Frenchie told EURWeb “I had stopped watching ‘American Idol’, and I’ve tried to avoid even speaking about or thinking about what happened four years ago. But I couldn’t help but overhear what was happening with Antonella. I couldn’t help but notice the manner in which she was dealt with was the complete opposite of how I was dealt with,”
