American Idol Season 5 runner-up Elliott Yamin is arriving in Manila as part of his Asian tour. Known for his cool and crisp voice, this well-loved Idol placed third in American Idol Season 5 which was won by Taylor Hicks. Simon Cowell thought Yamin as “potentially the best male vocalist in the history of American Idol.” His rendition of “Moody’s Mood for Love” was utterly brillant. I can’t imagine that Elliot has never received any formal training in music. He claimes that “I’m karaoke-trained!”
This is definitely one Idol I want to watch.
