American Idol finalist Rameile Malubay arrived in the Philippines yesterday! For those who haven’t heard, she’ll be having her homecoming concert with local celebrity Ogie Alcasid and her friend Danny Noriega at the Aliw Theater on December 20 and 21. Apparently, Ramiele will be staying in the country three more months after her concert, probably to try and see if she can have a career here. She hasn’t been given any offers yet – at least, not officially – but yesterday, Channel 7’s SOP staged a warm welcome for her on the show.
In the meantime, she’s been rehearsing with Ogie Alcasid, who just flew in from Singapore the same day she arrived. She’s also looking forward to spending her very first Christmas in the Philippines.
