It’s been more than a month since I started regularly going to the gym. My arms are showing signs of losing its flabbiness after doing all the weights and cardio workout. I’m now getting addicted to the gym and I stay there for at least one hour or two. Most of all, I feel good. It’s not a matter of looking good, what really counts is feeling good.

I still haven’t quite gotten over how expensive things are here. My hairdresser in the Philippines charges around Php 350 for a haircut, which is roughly around $6. I went to my aunt’s hairdresser last weekend, who charged me a whopping $45 to snip off a few inches of hair! It was a good haircut but still. I was only prepared to spend around $25 for that. more?
