Tigerairways are offering really cheap airfares to Singapore for only 668 pesos ($12) one way trip. But wait a minute, is it really worth it? It says:
Round trip Singapore = 668.00 pesos x 2 = PHP 1336
Terminal fee from Manila to Clark= 350 pesos x 2= PHP 700
Travel tax = PHP 1640
Total PHP 3676 or $65.00
Hehe, the travel tax cost more than the airfare. My dad agrees that it’s really cheap but he said that we have to spend for hotel accommodations and shopping. Anyone have ideas on a nice and affordable hotel to stay?

I’m back ( 9 hours ago) . If you’re wondering about the photo above, I’ve uploaded some pics at my travel gallery. Two albums are password protected and I’m lazy to put labels. Inspite of the water-damaged camera, the memory stick was intact. At least!
The first thing I did at home was puke. For some reason, I felt nauseated and jet-lagged. It must have been the heat and lack of sleep.. Ugh, It’s so hot!
My flight back to the Philippines leaves at 12 midnight (US Pacific time) and my luggage and the 20 x 20 x 20 box is so full. I can’t even close it yet. Panic. How did I gather so much junk in just 5 weeks? Looking at my box , I can see the cause of the bulkiness:
My parent’s 10 bottles of food supplement
4 bags of kitty treats
12 books
30 packs of Chocolate candies
School supplies
6 Posters
5 pairs Shoes
My luggage on the other hand is full of clothes. My mom emailed and suggested leaving the luggage and packing everything in another box. So that makes it 2 boxes. How horrible. Last thing I have to do is make sure each box is under 70 lbs or else I’ll have to pay for excess baggage. *sigh* back to packing!
*EDIT- My baggage is 20 lbs overweight…There goes the books!
I did it again. I dropped (rather my camera chose to fall out of my bag) my canon IXUS 430 into a shallow saltwater pool at the Aquarium. I fished it out right away but I think it’s dead. As first aid, my uncle Erik dried it using some “freon” cleaner. ugh, the battery is charging now but I don’t know if it’s really going to work. There goes my $400.00 camera.
